By accessing or using ZAL/STUDIO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Fonts purchased through ZAL/STUDIO are licensed, not sold. Each license type (Desktop, Web Font, Digital Ads, Social Media, Logo, Merch & Templates, App & Platform, Broadcast & Film, Corporate) grants specific usage rights as described on the product page. You may not redistribute, resell, or share font files.
You may install and use the font files on devices specified by your license. Font files are for your use only and may not be shared with third parties.
You may not: (a) redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share font files; (b) convert font files to other formats for redistribution; (c) use fonts in products where the font file itself is the primary value (e.g., as a standalone font product); (d) modify font files and distribute the modified versions.
All fonts, designs, and content on ZAL/STUDIO are the intellectual property of their respective designers. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership of the font design.
All payments are processed through PayPal. Font files are delivered digitally after successful payment verification. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
Due to the digital nature of font products, refunds are not provided once font files have been delivered. If you experience technical issues, contact us at rizaldyramadhan@gmail.com.
ZAL/STUDIO and its designers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased fonts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
